Support
Redstone IT provides support services on an hourly basis. When possible, we will resolve the issues remotely using a combination of telephone and interactive remote desktop. When needed, we will come to your office and perform the support onsite. Some examples of the kinds of support we provide:
Break-fix
This is the most common IT support needed. If something breaks, give us a call and we will fix it.
Patches/Updates
We can install various operating system and software patches and updates as needed.
Recovery
If you lose important data or have a hard drive failure, we can help you recover that information.
Vendor Management

Hardware + Software Installation
We can install new hardware and software as needed.
Tech Onsite/Outsourced Helpdesk
We can provide a technician to work out of your office by the day, as needed.
