Stabilization

If your company has been working without an IT consultant or with another IT service, Redstone may need to stabilize your environment. We will assess your current IT infrastructure and determine what must be done to bring it up to top standard. This could mean that we install security patches or implement additional system support. The goal of this process is to steer you away from the break/fix cycle of events, towards a more secure work environment.

Systems Audit

This is a high level review of your IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, networking, backup, antivirus, line of business applications, patch management and user management. The results of this audit are used to prepare a set of recommendations based on the client's concerns and best practices for each of the areas. Where it can be predicted, potential resulting issues will be identified, as well as user impact upon implementation. Based on these assessments and customer feedback, a plan for implementation will be prepared ensuring stronger security, documentation standard, and a stable administration model.
